Meghan coaches from both inside the textbook and out; finding purpose and nurturing a healthy brain and body are the pillars of her approach. In her spare time, you can find her pretending to be a chef, meditating, talking about meditating, or styling her friends. She’s a mom, wife, and a lover of animals and tattoos. Meg's been described as the best dancer in the world (by her 7 year old, but who’s counting).
